SHIPPING

We ship within the United States and to Canada.

All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days. Within the US, your order will be shipped via UPS Ground. If you would like to receive your order sooner, you may also select UPS 2nd Day Air. Orders to Canada are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. All orders must be shipped to a street address. UPS cannot deliver a package to a P.O. Box.

Within the 48 continental United States, we charge a flat fee shipping rate of $6.99 to ship any package via UPS Ground. For orders of $100 or more, we offer free UPS ground shipping within the 48 continental United States.

For Hawaii and Alaska, standard UPS rates apply.

If you are in the US and would like to receive your order sooner, you can select UPS 2nd Day Air. Standard UPS rates will apply for any UPS 2nd day air shipments.

Once your online order is complete you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

RETURNS

It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your Citizenpip® purchase!

Returns or exchanges can be made within thirty days of the purchase date. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.

All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To secure a RMA and return instructions, please email us at customercare@citizenpip.com with the reason for your return. Citizenpip® cannot accept any returns without a RMA.

New merchandise can be returned for either a refund or an exchange within thirty days of purchase. Items that are unopened, unused, and in salable condition are considered new merchandise.

Used merchandise can be exchanged within thirty days of purchase. Items that are opened and/or used are considered used merchandise. Exchanges are subject to a $10 restocking fee and shipping costs.
